After a fire accident, cleaning the fire hose is a difficult problem. If the hose is not effectively cleaned, firefighters cannot smoothly carry out the next firefighting and disaster accident disposal.
For example: When firefighters lay water gun positions at the scene of a fire accident, the fire hose will be stained with garbage, mud, oil, chemicals, etc. After the firefighting mission is completed and the team is returned, it needs to be manually washed, which is labor-intensive, inefficient, and seriously wastes water resources; in recent years, petrochemical fires have occurred frequently, and the firefighting forces in the petrochemical area are equipped with a remote water supply hose with a diameter of 150mm, 300mm and 400mm. After the fire, the remote water supply hose is stained with a large amount of oil and toxic and harmful substances. If it is not cleaned in time, it will corrode the hose, which will be extremely unsafe and harmful to the human body when used again.
In recent years, with the increase of people's environmental awareness and the continuous maturity of high-pressure water jet technology, high-pressure water jet technology has been increasingly applied to the cleaning industry. It uses high-pressure water generating equipment to generate decompression water, and converts the pressure into a highly concentrated water jet flow through a nozzle, which impacts the surface of the object to be cleaned in a positive or tangential direction, thereby separating one or more materials (adhesion layers) from the surface of another object (substrate) to achieve the cleaning purpose.
